NORTHLOOP / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 15, 2026
Northloop ("Northloop," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at northloop.co and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over that information. It applies to prospects, clients, applicants, and visitors interacting with any Northloop property.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways. First, information you provide directly — including name, email address, company, phone number, and any details you submit through consultation forms, newsletter signup, job applications, or direct email. Second, information collected automatically — including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and interactions such as clicks and form submissions. Third, information we receive from third-party providers we use to run the business — such as authentication providers, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and email delivery services — strictly as needed to operate our services.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to deliver requested services and consultations; respond to inquiries and complete work you have engaged us for; send transactional messages (account, project, or contract-related); send marketing communications you have opted into and which you can unsubscribe from at any time; improve our website, offerings, and content strategy; detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses essential cookies to run core functionality such as authentication and session persistence. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and marketing cookies to measure ad performance. You can manage your choices at any time through the cookie banner. Blocking non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the site.
4. Third-party services
We work with vetted service providers to deliver core functionality, including hosting, authentication, analytics, CRM, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are contractually required to handle your information only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security controls. A current list of processors is available on request by emailing privacy@northloop.co.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Applicant data is retained for up to 24 months after an application decision unless you request earlier deletion. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information in our custody, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, activity logging, and periodic reviews of our security posture. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator as required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information (subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records); object to or restrict certain processing; port your information to another service; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@northloop.co. We will respond within 30 days.
8. International transfers
Northloop operates across multiple regions, and information may be processed in countries other than the one you reside in. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms — such as Standard Contractual Clauses — to ensure that transferred information is protected consistently with this policy.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at privacy@northloop.co and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where required, notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the website before the changes take effect.
11. Contact us
